Cancellation Policy

• We require a one night deposit in order to guarantee your reservations.
• Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to date booked otherwise the full length of your stay will be charged if we are unable to resell the suite/rooms.
• For reservations of 4 nights or more a 2 night fee will be charged. If we are able to resell your room a refund will be credited.
• If notification of cancellation is received prior to 14 days to date booked, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
